Set in a beautiful, peaceful garden with a gate leading onto Ilkley Moor, this completely self contained, self-catering annex offers everything you need for the perfect holiday.

The accommodation comprises a separate entrance door leading into a kitchen /utility room, fully equipped with a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. A spacious and comfortable lounge dining room adjoins the small downstairs hall. This has a television, Bose wave music player and DVD recorder/player, comfortable seating and dining table. French doors give views onto the garden.

The large double bedroom upstairs enjoys long distance views across Wharfedale. It has a 6ft super king-size bed that can be made up as two twin beds if preferred. The bathroom was completely refurbished in February 2008 and now includes a shower over the bath.

Outside there is a large south facing garden to enjoy with direct access onto the moor. Walks can be as long or short as you feel like, with a number of lovely day walks from the door that require no car at all. Those wishing to explore further afield can do so by car, train or bus.
