The accommodation comprises a separate entrance door leading into a kitchen/utility room, fully equipped with a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. A spacious and comfortable lounge dining room adjoins the small downstairs hall. The lounge contains a 32" LCD flat screen HD television, Sky+HD receiver, Bose wave radio/CD player and VHS/DVD player, comfortable seating and dining table.  French doors give views onto the garden.

The large double bedroom upstairs enjoys long distance views across Wharfedale.  It contains a 19" LCD flat screen television and a Bose wave radio/CD player.  The 6ft super king-size bed can be made up as two twin beds if preferred. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and includes a shower over the bath.

Outside there is a large south facing garden to enjoy with direct access onto the moor. Walks can be as long or short as you feel like, with a number of lovely day walks from the door that require no car at all. Those wishing to explore further afield can do so by car, train or bus.
